1) Reading books


Books were not only a great source of information and knowledge but it is also a great habit it that can make various beautiful changes in your life, you can read everything you want there are a lot of options available there, for example, you can read fantasy novels, you can read documentaries, you have also the option of biographies and autobiographies, there are many how-to books also that can teach you a new type of things and activities.

The only thing left to do is to select your desired one, you have to select a type that is relevant to you and you are interested to go with that.

Always remember books were a prestigious collection of information and by making that kind of habit you are not only learning something new but also making some quite but effective changes in your life.

2) Meditation


Meditation is an excellent way of finding yourself within yourself, in simple word to spend some time with yourself and to know about your destiny.

Meditation not only relaxes your mind but also increase your mental focus and concentration power it not only just good for your mind but also for your body, meditation has the power to change your way of thinking it helps you to see things in a different way a way in which you want them.

Making meditation as a habit is good for not only your mind but also for your health, in addition to a good health medicine also gives you a better and improve concentration and focus power.

3) Writing


Writing is a great way to express your feelings in the form of words, it is not necessary that you will write for someone others it is necessary that you feel the pleasure behind the art of writing, actually, the art of writing holds great potential, and it has the power to purify your mind and neglect all of your tension and stress.

As you see most of the authors didn't write for earning money, they just write for their pleasure only because they like to do that they like to share the emotions of their experiences about a particular concern to the readers.

If you make writing a habit you are getting a chance to knew more about yourself because when you're writing any piece of text you are actually writing down your emotions and by reading that same you are willing to know more about yourself the depth of yours.

4) Growing plants


According to me, plants are not only a way of getting oxygen of food but they are a way to connect with mother nature and finding the real path of happiness in your life.

A habit of planting not only purifies your body but also your mind and soul because whenever we planted a new tree we feel acquired birth amazingly effective beam of hope when we see the little sapling coming out from the ground we can see our future from Dark to going towards the light.

At every movement, plant teaches us something new that's why making the habit of planting gardening gives us a chance to connect with these glorious feelings and finding the true path of happiness.

5) Maintaining consistency


We cannot say truly that point was a habit but as you can see it is the most important point of the whole post, whichever habit we will make is not truly completed without this point.

Maintaining consistency is the most important root of building habits, because if you give up very easily when your consistency during following a particular habit no habit can last longer.

That's why you have to treat this point like a habit means whichever habit you are about to start you have to perform it on a consistent cycle only by doing that you can get the true benefit of that particular habit.
