There are many famous methods that claim to help in maintaining habits for longer streaks or for a lifetime but are they really works, and if not then can we make lifelong habits in real in any way?

Well if we talk about the truthness of the 21-day habit theory then there is no straight answer because there are many studies done on this theory in which some are a success but some are not, but if I talk about my experience then its worked for me, but for that, I had to make a few adjustments and after making them it helps me a lot and in this post, I am about to discuss the 21-day habit theory along with those points to stay tuned till the end

Acc. to the 21-day habit theory if we do or don't do a similar kind of activity for 21 days consistently then our brain will adapt the habit and force us to not break the chain.
By doing or not doing the activity it helps us to stick or leave that particular habit and help us to maintain the habit for a longer interval.

3) Is the 21-day habit theory really work?
Well, the answer is nor yes neither no because there are lots of studies that are committed to proving this theory but always the result is the same in which every time it works for some and not for others.
For example, in my case, it works but there are some points that we have to praise or take care of that before applying this theory and for me, it is also the key to making this theory working in real.
So in the next point, we are about to discuss the same.
4) My Key points for the 21-Day Theory.
So friends acc. to me there are some points that you have to take care of before starting the application of this theory.
- Always select the right habit that suits you because if you select habits just by looking at others you are doing nothing just pushing yourself towards unwanted habits and due to lack of interest the habit didn't go for a longer period.
- Always think about the real benefits whenever you are lacking your interest in maintaining continuity you have to think of actual rewards for example - if you are making a habit of exercising daily then your muscles and good health is your rewards.
- Always keep track of your progress every night you have to must track your progress in that particular activity so every day you feel more motivated towards your habit.
- Always keep challenging yourself at every time try to increase the level of difficulty, because more difficulty makes it more interesting.
So, Friends, these are the points that help me during maintaining my habits by using this theory.

At last, we have seen the working of the 21-days habit theory, the points that help me so much in maintaining this theory, and also the moral that every theory has been built by the great effort of someone, that's why it is not possible that the theory didn't work, just we have to make some adjustments to make it suitable for us,
